Most AI products demo beautifully and disappoint quietly. The demo runs on a clean example; production runs on a caller with a strong accent on a bad line, or a monorepo with three generations of architecture in it.
We build for the second case. That means latency budgets rather than latency claims, citations rather than confident prose, and licences you can read in five minutes rather than a sales process you cannot escape.
It also means being explicit about limits. Falcon Voice Core handles one conversation at a time, and we say so on the product page rather than in a footnote. Our FDE assistant tells you when it cannot cite a claim instead of inventing a file path. We would rather lose a sale than win a renewal argument.
