1. Ownership

This document forms part of the agreement between you and FALCON NEST TECHNOLOGIES LTD ("Falcon Nest", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17384940, with its registered office at 37 Croydon Road, Beckenham, BR3 4AB, United Kingdom.

All content on this website — text, product copy, page structure, illustrations, icons, photography, the logo and wordmark, and the underlying design system and source code — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, database right and trade mark law.

Copyright in this site and in the Falcon Nest software is asserted by FALCON NEST TECHNOLOGIES LTD. All rights not expressly granted below are reserved.

• Read, browse and print pages for your own reference or for evaluating a purchase
• Quote short extracts of our written content, with attribution and a link back
• Share links to any page freely
• Use our product names factually to describe interoperability with your own product
• Reproduce our logo, unmodified and at legible size, in a customer list, press article or slide, where it identifies us accurately

None of this requires a request or a licence fee.

• Republishing a page, or a substantial part of one, in full
• Systematically extracting our content, including scraping it to build a dataset or to train a machine learning model
• Using our name, logo or wordmark in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor or supply you when we do not
• Altering, recolouring or recombining our logo, or using it as part of your own mark
• Selling, sublicensing or redistributing our content or software

Requests go to billy@falconneststore.com. We answer them, and we say yes more often than not.

Buying a subscription or a licence key grants you a right to use the software on the terms set out in the Terms and Conditions. It does not transfer ownership of anything.

You may not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the software except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it and only after asking us for the information you need — in which case we will usually just tell you.

Licence keys are issued to you and must not be shared, resold or published. A key found in a public repository is revoked, because leaving it live would let anyone consume your entitlement.

Content you submit to the service — call audio, transcripts, documents, prompts, source code, knowledge sources — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it and acquire no licence to it beyond what is strictly needed to run the service for you, as set out in our data processing agreement.

We do not use your content to train shared models. Output generated for you by the assistant is yours to use, subject to your own responsibility for checking it before you rely on it.

Third-party open source components used in the software are listed with their licences in the product documentation, and their terms continue to apply to those components.

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, email billy@falconneststore.com with:

• Your name and how to reach you
• Identification of the material, with the exact URL
• Identification of the work you say it infringes, with a link or copy
• A statement of why you believe the use is not authorised
• A statement that the information you have given is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them

We will assess it promptly and remove or amend anything we should not be using. Please do not send a takedown demand as the first step over a use that section 2 above already permits.

If you believe we have taken down your material wrongly, tell us and a different person will review the decision.

If you send us a suggestion about the product, we may act on it without owing you a payment or an acknowledgement, and we take no ownership of anything you already own. We mention this only so that sending us a good idea never becomes an argument later.
