Our approach

We set as few cookies as we can. Before you make a choice, only strictly necessary cookies are set — the ones without which sign-in and checkout cannot work.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not embed third-party tracking pixels.

These do not require consent because the site cannot function without them.

• fn_session — keeps you signed in. Expires after 7 days, or on sign-out.
• fn_csrf — protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Session only.
• fn_cart — remembers your basket between visits. Expires after 30 days.
• fn_currency — remembers whether you are viewing prices in GBP, USD or EUR. Expires after 1 year.
• fn_consent — records your cookie choices so we do not ask again. Expires after 6 months.

Set only if you consent. We use privacy-preserving, self-hosted analytics that records page views and referrers without a cross-site identifier.

• fn_analytics — distinguishes one visit from another for aggregate counting. Expires after 24 hours.

Declining analytics does not reduce any functionality.

Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer at any time to change or withdraw consent. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; strictly necessary cookies will be set again on your next visit because the site needs them.
