Overview

Falcon Voice Pro is built for lines that actually ring. Twenty conversations run in parallel by default, so a Monday morning spike does not turn into a queue, and capacity can be topped up in blocks of ten without a contract change.

Telephony stops being your problem. Provision numbers in over forty countries directly from the dashboard, or keep your existing carrier over SIP. Calls route by number, time of day, language or a value returned from one of your own tools, and every route has a fallback so a failing dependency degrades gracefully instead of dropping the caller.

Pro is also where measurement arrives. Containment rate, average handle time, interruption rate, tool error rate and caller sentiment are tracked per agent and per route. You can run two prompt revisions or two voices against live traffic and compare them on the metrics you actually report on, rather than guessing from a handful of transcripts.

  • 20 concurrent conversations, expandable in packs of 10
  • Managed numbers in 40+ countries, or bring your own SIP trunk
  • Live dashboards, A/B testing and webhook streaming of every event

Capabilities

  • Concurrency that scales

Twenty simultaneous conversations as standard, expandable in packs of ten. Capacity is reserved, not burst credit, so peak hours behave predictably.

  • Telephony included

Provision local, national and toll-free numbers in more than forty countries from the dashboard, or keep your carrier over a TLS/SRTP SIP trunk.

  • Thirty languages

The agent detects the caller's language on the first utterance and can switch mid-conversation without losing context or restarting the greeting.

  • Routing with fallbacks

Route by number, schedule, language, or a value your own tool returns. Every branch takes a fallback, so a failing dependency degrades instead of dropping the call.

  • Analytics that mean something

Containment, handle time, interruption rate, tool error rate and sentiment per agent and per route, with CSV export and a webhook feed for your own warehouse.

  • A/B testing

Split live traffic between two prompt revisions or two voices and compare them on the same metrics. Promote the winner without redeploying.

Where it earns its keep

  • First-line support at volume

Absorb the repetitive share of inbound calls — order status, password resets, opening hours — and hand the rest to your team with a summary attached.

  • Outbound qualification

Call inbound leads within seconds of a form submission, qualify against your criteria, and write the result straight into your CRM.

  • Multilingual reception

One number for every market. The agent answers in the caller's language and routes to the right team without a phone-tree menu.

  • Post-interaction surveys

Run short spoken surveys after a service event and get structured, analysable results instead of a low form response rate.

Questions

What exactly does one unit of concurrency mean?
One live conversation. Twenty units means twenty callers can be mid-conversation at the same moment. Calls are not queued against a shared burst pool, so behaviour at peak is the same as at 3am.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
Yes, in two ways. You can port numbers to us, or leave them with your carrier and point a SIP trunk at Falcon Nest. Both are supported on this tier at no extra cost.
How does mid-call language switching work?
The agent identifies the language from speech rather than from the number dialled. If a caller switches languages part way through, the agent follows and keeps the full conversation context.
Is the 99.9% uptime target contractual?
It is a target on this tier, published monthly on our status page. A contractual SLA with service credits is available by adding Priority Support, and is included as standard on Enterprise.
Can I export everything if we move away?
Yes. Prompts, tool definitions, knowledge base sources, transcripts and analytics are all exportable as JSON or CSV from the dashboard, with no exit fee.
How is A/B testing measured?
You choose a split and a primary metric — usually containment or handle time. Results include a confidence interval so you are not promoting a variant on noise.
