Overview

Team headcount does not move in tidy increments of ten. Additional Seats lets you add exactly the number of engineers you actually have, without jumping to a tier you do not otherwise need.

Each seat is named and carries the same access as the seats included with your subscription: the full shared knowledge base, every connected repository within their permitted boundaries, playbooks, and the pooled task credit allowance. Seats can be reassigned when someone moves on, and are billed monthly alongside your subscription.

An added seat also adds 500 task credits per month to the shared pool, so growing the team grows the capacity rather than diluting it.

Questions

Is there a limit to how many seats I can add?
Practically, around thirty total seats. Beyond that, Falcon FDE Enterprise with unlimited seats is almost always cheaper, and we will tell you when you cross that line.
What happens to a seat when an engineer leaves?
Reassign it to someone else, or remove it at the end of the billing period. Their history and contributions to the knowledge base remain with the team.
Do added seats see all our clients' code?
Only what you grant. Added seats inherit your engagement isolation configuration, so access is explicit rather than automatic.
