Overview

Most of the value in these products arrives in the first month or never. Onboarding & Migration exists to make sure it arrives.

The engagement is fixed in scope and runs over thirty days with a named engineer. We start with a working session to establish what success looks like in numbers, then configure your first agents or connect your first repositories alongside your team rather than in a vacuum. If you are moving from another platform, we migrate what transfers — prompts, tool definitions, knowledge sources, routing rules — and tell you plainly what does not.

The engagement closes with a documented handover: the configuration as built, the decisions and why they were made, a runbook for your team, and a short written assessment of what to do next. You keep all of it.

This is an implementation service for Falcon Nest software, delivered by us. It is not general IT consultancy and we will not pretend otherwise.

Capabilities

  • Success defined in numbers

We start by agreeing the metric that decides whether this worked — containment rate, handle time, ramp-up days — so the engagement has a verdict rather than a vibe.

  • Configured with you

Your team does the work with our engineer in the room, so the knowledge stays with you when the engagement ends.

  • Honest migration

We port prompts, tools, knowledge sources and routing from your current platform, and state clearly which behaviours cannot be reproduced.

  • Documented handover

Configuration as built, decisions and their reasons, an operational runbook, and a written recommendation for the next ninety days.

  • Scheduled, not on-demand

Up to twenty hours of booked sessions across thirty days, so both sides can prepare properly instead of reacting.

Where it earns its keep

  • Migrating from another platform

Move an existing voice or assistant deployment across without losing the behaviour you spent months tuning.

  • First production rollout

Go from signed contract to a live, measured deployment inside a month, with the reasoning documented for whoever inherits it.

  • Internal approval

Produce the written evidence your architecture or risk function needs before a wider rollout is approved.

Questions

What if we need more than twenty hours?
We will say so before the engagement starts rather than half way through. Additional blocks can be added, but in most cases twenty scheduled hours is genuinely enough for a first rollout.
Is this general technical consultancy?
No. It is a scoped implementation service for Falcon Nest software. We are not the right people to review your unrelated infrastructure, and we will tell you that rather than bill you for it.
What if the migration turns out to be impossible?
We assess feasibility in the first session. If a faithful migration is not achievable, we say so immediately and you can cancel for a full refund at that point.
Who owns the deliverables?
You do, entirely. The configuration, runbook, decision record and assessment are yours to keep, modify and share internally.
